Principal's Message

Dear All,
Desmond Tutu who received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1984 said, “Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness.” “Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but by the opposition you have encountered and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds.”
Nothing on earth can uplift or force our spirit in quite the same manner as education does. We genuinely believe in our students and their abilities as learners and we take great pride in watching each student thrive intellectually, emotionally and ethically. We have a multicultural student population hence we teach each children the importance of tolerance and respecting each other’s culture. We continue our commitment to prepare students to think big and establish goals on their journey of career readiness. Each child who arrives in HPS comes with his/her own individual challenges. Our motto in life holds special magic for those who “Dare to Dream”.

In every way that schools are measured whether it is through academics, athletics or performing arts, HPS supports the need of our students to meet the challenges of the next level of their educational experience in a safe and rigorous learning environment. Students will be challenged and engaged through authentic learning opportunities that improve them to develop creativity, confidence and resilience to become independent and ethical lifelong learners. While we celebrate the success of our meritorious students, we take pride in giving opportunity to all at HPS. We value relationships and connections with the community. We work hard to develop and sustain productive partnership and connection with our parents. This can be accomplished by staying in contact with the child’s teacher. Our expectations will be to consistently ensure that parents are aware of their child’s progress and answer any concerns they have at any time.

We are dedicated to improving students’ performance, teachers’ function and the enhancement of knowledge and skills required for working and learning in our ever changing society. In an environment of love and acceptance and in the absence of fear, the children are going to become their genuine selves. Children are our valuable assets and we need to invest in their future. Parents need to invest quality time with them and be patient listeners. Together as parents and as school, let us bring out the best hidden potential in our children and help them fulfill the aspirations of the society. “Success is a journey, not a destination”.

According to ‘Jean Piaget’-The principal goal of education is to create men and women who are capable of doing new things, not simply of repeating what other generations have done. There exists a thin line that separates a good school from a truly great school, and I am happy to say that, we are moving steadily along the journey to greatness.

May the Almighty Allah Help and Guide Us in Fulfilling Our Dream That We Dared To Dream For Our Young Generation! Ameen.
